I created KIN Aligned Childcare to help support families in finding their dream caregiver. After having my first child in April 2020, I experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be to return to work and search for the right childcare. With a background in both nannying and early childhood education, and a deep passion for supporting new moms, I started KIN to make the process easier, more personal, and more supportive—for every family.
